White Salmon Resident Keith Hirschman Appointed to HRWSBA Board
Klickitat County (Washington) Commissioners have appointed White Salmon resident Keith Hirschman to serve on the Hood River–White Salmon Bridge Authority (HRWSBA). He has led complex, high-stakes programs responsible for delivering advanced systems to U.S. forces and allied partners, with accountability for cost, schedule, and performance.
Hirschman currently serves as a Professor of Practice at the Naval Postgraduate School, where he teaches project management and defense acquisition to U.S. and international military officers and civilian leaders. In the private sector, he has held senior leadership roles with Insitu, a Boeing Company based in Bingen, WA, and Orbital UAV USA in Hood River, OR, helping establish U.S. manufacturing operations and supporting significant organizational growth.
“I am honored to join the team chartered to deliver such a vital and necessary capability linking our communities and two states.” - Keith Hirschman, Hood River-White Salmon Bridge Authority Commissioner
Hirschman joins the Bridge Authority at a pivotal moment as the project advances through full design and works to secure final federal funding needed to move into construction.
